The Panel System Originally designed for use in areas
requiring strict temperature control our panel system is now ideally suited
to many industrial and commercial applications.
Panels are structural laminates manufactured in a continuous process with two skins, normally steel or aluminium, permanently laminated to a core of expanded polystyrene insulation. Once bonded the three layers work as a single entity with an inherent strength far beyond that which its weight would suggest. Overall the system is a blend of three very important features, high strength, energy saving insulation and flexibility in the design and construction stages. Construction methods utilising our panel system are well proven and offer an efficient and cost effective building system. Panels are available with core thicknesses of 35mm
to 300mm and can be ordered in any length with the only constraint being transportation
The standard width of the panel is 1,200mm. Panel Specification

Advantages High strength to weight ratio means significant savings by minimising steel framework and load bearing foundations. The light weight of the panel means easier handling, eliminating the need for expensive lifting equipment. The prefinished skins create savings on the costs of follow up trades and virtually eliminate on going maintenance costs. Excellent thermal qualities of the panel help reduce the consumption of power thus providing savings with operational costs and energy resources. Near perfect vapour barrier. |
